What to include
A report with these details can usually be acted on without a round trip:
- The app name — Mend — and the version you are running (currently v1.0).
- Your device model, for example iPhone 15 or Pixel 8.
- Your iOS or Android version.
- What you expected to happen, what happened instead, and the steps that led there.
- A screenshot or screen recording, if it makes the problem easier to see.
Common questions
- How much does it cost?
- Mend is free. There is no trial, no unlock, and no subscription.
- Do I need an account?
- No. There is no sign-up, and no email address or password to give.
- How do I delete everything the app has stored?
- Deleting the app from your device removes the data it kept there.
- Does anything I write leave my phone?
- Your entries are kept on the device itself. There is no account and no copy on a server.
- Is Mend a substitute for therapy?
- No. It is a self-help tool for tracking your own progress. If you are struggling, please speak to a qualified professional.
